I have beat the bushes in my neck of the woods and there is no cassava to be found! This will have to do.

These cold beverages were really yummy and thicker than the usual bubble teas I've had in Portland ME. More like the avocado or mung bean shakes with tapioca at Vietnamese restaurants :>))
