I was definitely back into the swing of eating by the time we got to Victoria.
This is a lovely little tapas bar on Superior Street called... The Superior. It was just a couple of blocks from where we were staying.
Unimaginative name aside, the food was delicious. I think my favourite feature was their home-made sodas.
Sadly, looking at their website it looks like they have changed formats. I was hoping to get back there on our next visit.
My old HTC Hero sits to one side, cooling down from all the use it did not get while we were on the cruise ship. We have since replaced our old HTCs with Samsung phones.

Tapas, or "small plates", is common in Spain. You can make a meal of drinking and sampling all of the local delicacies, including the regions wonderful handcrafted liquors. Here, we take a break to sample some ham shaved off of one of the legs above the bar. This was the best glass of wine on the whole trip.

Andy and I got tapas at The Icon on State Street in Madison today. We had crostini piled with artichokes and fennel marinated in a wonderful vinagrette, followed by two hot plates--lightly breaded and fried calamari and aioli, and a large empanada filled with stewed beef and served in sauce made with sun dried tomatoes.
Sisi, esta tapa la hise yo, cuando la pase para q la vieran la pase en 640 x 480, pensando q estaria bien para ser un boceto, tiempo despues de no hablar y suponiendo q estaba todo en el olvido salio el disco de levas con mi tapa, jejejejejejejejejje, si un gran choreo, pero bueno, lo unico q me pone feliz es q nunca van a tener una tapa tan buena como esa, jajajajajajajjajaj, y si tengo los archivos fuentes.
