Tangier Rappahannock Cruises whisked us from Buzzard Point Marina to Tangier Island late in the morning of May 14, 2016. We rented a golf cart to get around the island since there are no vehicles. I used a Canon GPS Receiver GP-E2 to track points along the route as best I could.

on my second afternoon wandering the Medina in Tangier i came across a groom and his family & friends taking part in a pre wedding ritual where the groom walked a young bull through the medina to much fanfare, music & dance. The bull was then slaughtered and people rubbed some of the bulls blood onto their bodies. I followed this procession for nearly an hour taking photos. This young boy was trying to get closer to his mother in the large crowd.
