Not a corner.

The original goal was to make a chair. I made it halfway.

Now it's a table.

Amazing sunset light displays Devil's Peak, Table Mountain, the 12 Apostles and Lion's Head in all it's glory. This photograph is a stitch of 7 vertical images. As this is my 100th upload on flickr, I thought it should be of my favourite place!

It was an overcast day to start with at Ratchaprapha Dam, which is located mostly in Khao Sok National Park.

We were going to take a boat ride on Cheow Lan Lake (Ratchaprapha Resevoir), but decided to wait for the sky to clear a little (sometimes it does, sometimes it doesn't).

We went up to Café Khaosok for lattes. It was a little wet to sit outside, but I liked the way the rain was falling on the table and chairs on the veranda.

I highly recommend that you take a few days to visit Khao Sok National Park, the dam, and the lake, if you are in or traveling through Surat Thani.

You can make it a day trip, or weekend, on your way to Koh Samui or Koh Pha Ngan.

Not much on the table but what you see. Don't need clutter, had enough of that! Still trying to clean up all the boxes!

Table Rock is a distinctive peak near the Linville Gorge of North Carolina, providing excellent hiking opportunities along part of the Mountains to Sea Trail. This shot taken from another section of that trail located on the Chimneys.

My wife wanted me to make an end table for the screen porch, but it had to be funky, cool, and hippie like. Did I pull it off? She likes it. 6x6 post scrap, 12" patio paver, and a lot of paint.

The theme of group "Smile on Saturday! :)", on November 18 2023, is to take a picture of an "OBJECT WITH LEGS", NO living creatures.

John already mentioned 'table' and 'chair', but also: cabinet, bed, garden box on legs, tripod, compass, scissors... anything you can think of but it can't be a living being.

AND FURTHERMORE: no dolls or stuffed toys, little figures or figurines, statues... so, no figures of human beings or animals....

This was our Thanksgiving table for 2016. Stars are a ham in the foreground and the fried turkey at the other end of the table. For 2016: one photo each day (329/366)

You can sit and look at the fire pit, or stand and look at West Harwood Lake. I'll let you guess which option I chose.
