A calm section of snake river just past the oxbow bend turnout with the morning light bouncing of the glorious aspen groves that add in for a beautiful foreground.
I personally love the symmetry of the ranges on either sides and the reflections!
The scene for this drifting leaf changed as a slight breeze piped up and caused light ripples in the water. It also turned the leaf around to give a new POV. In all that, the reflection still remained clear. I love the curled edges.
When visiting Gemeentemuseum The Hague, you always have to admire the architecture of the building. Design by famous architect H.P. Berlage, one of Holland's first modern architects (1924).

Last weekend I got out with my good friend Bryan Janosick for some much needed waterfalling, though not as much as I had hoped. A late start and with myself feeling a bit under the weather things were a little slow going. In fact, we only made one waterfall stop for the day, but it was good one! Constructed in 1869, Cedar Cliff Falls is a 24 ft tall man made waterfall on Massies Creek in Cedarville, Ohio and is located in a county park called Indian Mound Reserve. The dam at one time was 40 ft tall and aided in powering the Harbison Mill. The mill closed its doors in 1917 and several layers of the dam were removed to reduce water usage passing down the overflow. I’m not normally a big fan of man made waterfalls, however there is always an exception to the rule and this one is certainly that! When standing over the falls the symmetry of the waterflow is absolutely captivating! Honestly, it’s captivating anywhere you stand, so if you get a chance I highly recommend paying this urban beauty a visit!
SSC - Symmetry
By definition all Torchon Lace patterns are symmetrical. This is a piece of lace made by Jen a few years ago now, sadly she never got round to finishing this piece, but it is still very special to me.
