Notice the pixel-like camouflage. I'm told this was invented by the Canadian military and ripped off by the American military without credit. Apparently it works pretty well!

Canada Army Run, presented by BMO Bank of Montreal, is a unique running event in which Canadians run, walk or roll side-by-side with members of the Canadian Armed Forces in 5K, 10K, half marathon, Vimy Challenge (5K+10K) and Commander's Challenge (5K + half marathon) events. The 8th Annual ASYMCA Golf Tournament was held at Chena Bend Golf Course at Fort Wainwright in Fairbanks Alaska on Friday 3 August 2012. Thanks to Alaska USA Federal Credit Union for their title sponsorship, and the many other donors and supporters who made this event possible. The annual golf tournament raises money for the 30+free and low cost programs offered to service members and their families stationed in Alaska.
Recon Troopers from 3d Squadron, 2d Calvary Regiment join Latvian and Canadian recon teams for weapon familiarization training during Operation Summer Shield XII at Adazi Military Base, Latvia, March 26, 2015. Soldiers fired at pop-up targets throughout the 1100-meter range, familiarizing themselves with efficient operating techniques of sniper rifles, assault rifles, machine guns, grenade launchers, and pistols during the range day. Familiarization and cross platform training on joint weapon systems is crucial to maintaining a high level of interoperability between NATO member nations. Operation Summer Shield XII is a 10-day evolving training process during which partner forces from the U.S., Latvia, Lithuania, Luxemburg, Germany, Canada and the United Kingdom work alongside one another in combined arms and live-fire maneuvers.
