frogs have a superpower: they are invisible!
one never knows when a frog is around...until you start seeing froggy corpses everywhere you look: on the sidewalk, in the sand, crushed in the panels of a garage door. or you see them trying to end their froggy lives in the gears of the passenger seat of a jeep.

Allerdings lässt der AI Act einige Fragen offen. Unterliegt Europa mit dem AI ACT einen Wettbewerbsvor- und -nachteil? Was müssen Unternehmen jetzt schon beachten? What's your superpower? The Superheroes Project "Heroes Make Art" Interactive Pop-Up Workshops in Center City Philadelphia feature the stories of the Superheroes Project participants--women who have been incarcerated or who are in reentry. Come make art with us--comic artist Olivia Stephens, workshop leader August Tarrier, photographer Holli Stephens, plus filmmaking and podcasting. Open to everyone--come and create your own superhero. We're tapping into the creativity of hero-artists in order to claim art-making as a civic act, and to lift up those whose stories have been silenced.
Today's theme was superpowers, so I wanted to make an image that gave the illusion of super powers but used no digital tricks.
This photo was not manipulated except for noise removal and cropping.

Of all the things that could inflame tensions in a region that could someday be a theater of war between superpowers, the movie “Barbie” was not an obvious catalyst. Yet here we are.The authorities in Vietnam this week banned the upcoming Greta Gerwig film over a map in “Barbie” that they said shows a Chinese map of territory in the South China Sea, where the two neighbors have competing claims.The Philippines, another Southeast Asian country that disputes China’s territorial claims in the sea, is now deciding whether to ban the star-studded film as well. And Vietnam said on Thursday that it was investigating a South China Sea map on the website of a company promoting Blackpink, a K-pop band scheduled to perform in Hanoi this month.Taking such stands against seemingly innocuous cultural exports may look to some like an overreaction. But Vietnam’s responses make more sense if they are viewed within historical and political contexts. A first attempt at practicing my superpo-
I mean, a photo shop simple levitation! It was really fun and interesting making this shot, but I've learned that I need to be more aware of my surroundings before I take the shot. If I could redo this one, I'd get rid of the chair in the back, and also have a simpler white background or one without lines/background distractions around the area of levitation! So next time, I'll make sure to be aware of that- lesson learned! And there WILL be a next time very very shortly!
