My favorite piece in the contemporary section of Chicago's Art Institute. Visited with my family after Christmas.
The two brightish galaxies (both mag 11) near by are NGC 4608 to its upper right and NGC 4596 to its lower right, the brightest star, above it, is ρ Vir, at mag 4.85.
Taken with StellaLyra 6 inch f4 newtonian, with TS GPU Superflat, and Nikon Z7ii on AZEQ6 mount. 20 frames, 15 seconds each, at ISO 6,400 stacked in Affinity Photo 2 and processed with Affinity Photo 2 and GraXpert.

Through paintings TOKYO COLOURS presents an alternative approach to Pop: a Post-Superflat reaction to Art.
Artist: Ashiya Shiguma draws partially concepted animated women in unconventional mediums such as cardboard and transparent multi-layered acrylic sheets.
