OKAY!!! So there are the usual shots that everyone grabs when they are on Oahu and the last two are standard issue photos but really do show how incredibly beautiful the water is in the islands when the clouds move aside!! No clouds are the best when it come to the color of the water but you definitely want a few clouds in the sky when the sun is going down! There were just the right amount in the sky at the end of the day for this sunset capture from Honolulu!

this was from last weekend's sunset captured down by Olive Park using the granite surface as a reflective surface...i was glad that i was able to get several decent sunset images with the skyline because just minutes from taking this particular shot, a thick and fast moving fog swallowed up the city skyline and ruined our plans of some blue hour and night captures of the skyline from this vantage point...pls. A two minute exposure of Tower Bridge at sunset, captured from the south bank of the river Thames. While the dying sun warmed up the north tower (to the left), the south tower was completely obscured by the giant shadow cast by The Shard, Europe’s second tallest building.

Weather.com predicted cloudy skies on Sunday evening. Good thing I ignored their forecast and decided to shoot anyway. Turns out, the skies were clear enough for a pretty decent sunset, captured from East Boston in the LoPresti Park area. Admittedly, the composition is a bit busy, but I had little else to work with, so here you go.

A beautiful sunset captured in North Devon. This was a long exposure shot which really captured the misty sea flowing between the jagged rocks.
Captured at one of the outer lakes of XiHu in Hangzhou, Zhejiang.
Sunset captures in this region are always a little difficult, as this part of the world does not have the luxuriously long sunsets I am used to as a European. It´s a very quick affair, you can literally see the sun racing towards the horizon.

I was lucky enough to have a cracking (good) sunset whilst on my way to Colac to conduct some work tomorrow, hard not to enjoy sunsets like this :).
