We who live along the Puget Sound love the sight of our iconic mountain, Mt. Rainier.
This mountain is a dominating feature, standing taller then all others here in the PNW.
Dangerous and breathtaking.

For those that go back and forth from island to main land, the Puget Sound has much to offer the eyes for those that live and ride the ferries.
If the sun can find a way through, it usually makes for a good show. Bird of boat, what a day!
I captured this evening scene in Terminal 1 of Toronto Pearson International Airport. I had sadly already packed away my camera when I arrived in the terminal, but I was happy with how this came out on my phone's camera.

After a day in the city walking around and taking lots of photos, my camera's battery finally ran out. On the way home, when I saw this view, I reached for my phone and used it to quickly capture the scene. Unfortunately it was set to a low-res mode to save memory. This view required some color correction and sharpening.
For those who aren't familiar with this place, the Midtown Manhattan skyline is in the distant right and Lower Manhattan is in the distant left.
