Here’s a new video I made that shows how I used the new sunrays filter in Luminar to make the sun look so awesome. It’s a really fun trick. I used to do this sometimes in Photoshop, but that is very time consuming. One of my favorite things about this filter is how you can make so many adjustments and even randomize the sun rays.

Another image from my visit to Thornton Reservoir on Friday evening. The sun was partially down and provided a lovely band of colour across the sky.

When I was little I used to think the sun rays like this were transporting the souls of those passed away.
Sunray was an anti-gravity racer in the mid to late 21st century. Light and fast, with a large engine, it won a series of races. However, its main fame came from its bright and distinctive colour scheme.
