I tried to stay focussed on the task in hand, photographing the deer, but I had to stop and take a shot or two when I saw the sun filtering through the trees like this.

This sunset photo was taken just after the summer solstice. The peaks include Beinn Tulaichean (946m), Cruach Ardrain (1046m), Stob Binnein (1165m), Ben More (1174m) and Ben Ledi (879m).

Sunset Clouds

Saw this looking out the office at the end of the workday.

UPDATE: Fixed the color balance. This was shot through the office window, which seems to give everything a greenish tint.

A nearby bonfire was producing smoke which enhanced the light rays shining through the leaves. I really liked the ethereal, almost dreamlike effect.
