A nearby bonfire was producing smoke which enhanced the light rays shining through the leaves. I really liked the ethereal, almost dreamlike effect.
Wasdale trip photo's. Plan was to camp two nights at the Wasdale head national trust campsite. Get photo's of sunset, sunrise nad night time, from various locations in this area. This shot was taken from the ridge of Lingmell looking across to Pillar.
Oct '83 North east of Cannich. The last of my 6x4.5cm slides. After this all are 35mm again. I changed back in Oct '95 so I would have slides for competitions at my local photo club. My only mistake was going back to my old Nikon F2 gear, I should have moved up to the Contax RTS system, with its superior Zeiss glass.
Still plenty of slides to go at, before lockdown ceases and I can get back out with my Sony AR72.
It's only about 14 years ago that people were saying, "Digital will never be as sharp as film". We've come a long way in a short time. The 42mp A7R2 is sharper than my 6x4.5 slides, never mind 35mm!

Of all the toys she has, Maya prefers this red ribbon or strings, she loves toys with that.
So a little video just for fun.
Today, I'm going to spend the day with friends in the countryside.
Sunrays through smoke from charcoal production in a sustainable woodland I visited recently in Purleigh, Essex
A high vantage point and perfect conditions allowed me to take an image that I feel does the hills of Lesotho some justice. The view over the cliffs of the Drakensberg is so dramatic that scenes like this are often overlooked, but I have made it a goal to always keep my eyes open for opportunities like this. The hills of Lesotho are beautiful in their simplicity. shared with pixbuf.com

It seems like sunlight has been a common factor in my most recent photography explorations. I think it is due to my work schedule and the only free time I seem to get is around dusk or dawn to snap a few frames. It really is an easy time to really capture some dramatic and scenic moods. The nature that has surrounded me this year has been very friendly to my camera sensor. Enjoy! :)
