Stitched, Stuttered and Screened: Recent Works by Woodie Anderson; Theatre Art Galleries, High Point, NC; June 4 – August 21, 2015

Stuttering is a type of speech disorder that affects more than 70 million people around the globe. Stuttering affects males more than it does affect females. It has also been referred to as stammering. It’s interesting to note that 5 -10% of children will stutter at some point in their childhood, but most children will outgrow stuttering within a few months. But if stuttering continues and is affecting your child’s life, make an appointment to visit one of our professional therapists and get stuttering treatment for children. When your child is helped early on, then stuttering can be overcome within a quick time.
