Although I wish I'd hit the stutter about 1 second into the future, I like the way the objects line up, almost as if you asked a child to make a list of a bunch of stuff he'd expect see in a normal British street. "Umm... bench, traffic cone, red phone box, bin... ermm, and old man."

Smaller clapper is a new "stutter" clapper that produces more impacts to compensate for lower resonance. More percussive really.
Larger clapper is wooden-tipped; tips may be snapped off if a harder, metallic sound is preferred.

Shot using a Lomography Spinner 360 and Motorizer on ORWO N74+ 400 ISO BW film.
The Motorizer base has an approx rotation speed to produce 1/4th of a second and can spin in bursts or continuous until you stop it.

Stuttering Barred Frog (Mixophyes balbus), Gibraltar Range, NSW.
The final stage in this pictorial life story of the Stuttering Barred Frog. The tadpoles metamorph into these small frogs which have a reddish upper iris instead of the blue present in the adult (which develops later). This little one was hopping about the leaf litter along a small tributary from the main creek. This juvenile was about 2.5cm in length and has some way to go to reach the 6-8cm of the adults.

I was also able to spot one large female along the creek that night. They differ not only in their size but also lack the yellow hue that the males develop.

Trying to figure out how to best shoot with the new camera. Trying out stutter versus aperture on butterflies.
This is what has worked for me and I hope it works for you. I am using an AMD 5600 and RTX 2080 super.

I have v-sync turned on in nvidia control panel and off in game,with no max fps in control panel and the highest available in game. (I used to have so many stutters it made me nauseous but this fixed it)

Stuttering Barred Frog (Mixophyes balbus), Gibraltar Range, NSW.
One of the most beautiful frogs in NSW and one of the more endangered ones. Late September to early October is the key breeding season for this species which occurs at scattered mountain localities from the Central Coast to the northern edges of the Gibraltar Range. There were dozens of males along the creeks in the area with their deep stuttering call which was good to see.
