I reduced the size of the pattern by 25% (made it very challenging to sew!) and increased the size of the features. I've never been a fan of Kawaii cute, but made an exception for this guy. My kids love him. I'll stuff the next one more.

Took a short hike along Clear Creek at Lily Bridge yesterday. It's beautiful in full light with blue skies and puffy clouds.

One surprise was the "stuffed hedgehog" sitting on the wall of a campfire site. Hilarious, but sad when you think of the child that misses it!

In some cultures, a stuffed monkey arm could be considered bad luck. Personally, I think monkeys smell bad. But then again, monkeys probably think I smell bad. So, we're even.
