Was studying all week for an exam I had today. One night when I left the library I saw this and just had to pull out my camera.
Study Tip: Narrow it Down
If you try to study every single thing your teacher's ever said, you'll go crazy. Instead, focus on the most important topics. If you're not sure what those are, read the study guide (if there is one), or ask your classmates. #study
Study Tip: Listen to your teacher and stay focused. Be sure that you understand the lesson. If you don't understand something, ask questions! #study

I signed up to be part of a study at Umass in the University of Massachusetts Amherst Department of Kinesiology. The first part of the study was actually a stress to see if I was a candidate.
"The Exercise Physiology Lab is conducting a research study to develop more effective methods for estimating energy expenditure during the day using accelerometers. The study involves 2-3 laboratory visits to assess your resting metabolic rate, body composition and energy expenditure while performing a variety of physical activities. Older subjects (men over 40 years of age; women over 50 years of age) will also have a medically supervised stress test to screen for heart disease prior to their participation in the study. Subjects will receive compensation for their active participation as well as valuable information about their current health status."
Passing the stress test was easy. Keeping from falling off the treadmill was not! P1133530
