A two minute exposure given the fractalius filter treatment. Dependant on the interpretation of the law regarding burning of stubble this may result in prosecution hence most are done after dusk. The farmer was kind enough to let us on to his land in pitch black at 10.00pm. Taken with T90+28mm lens on k/chrome 64.

Here’s my factory Steve Trevor Paradise Island head on a Superman body to test out the proportions. I am a bit cheesed off I got a Batman body for him but it’s trapped in the half of the desk that my ex didn’t bring to my new house so he’s gonna be bodiless til at least next week.
I’m probably gonna wipe off his scalp paint and let him be bald because I like seeing bald Mattel dolls that were never intended to be bald lmao.
I bumped into this fellow while I was walking downtown. I simply said "hi," and that was enough for him to launch into a soliloquy consisting of a number of stories. I wasn't able to get a word in edgewise, but I learned a lot about my town and the roofing business (both here and in the Okanagan). Disparate topics, I know, but there you go.
When things looked to be winding down, I asked if I could take his photograph. He said, "Sure, I'm planning on going to Wal*Mart for a picture tomorrow anyhow... you know they have a deal on?!"
I hope that my portrait is at least on par with whatever he's able to get at Wal*Mart.

I'm liking the quality of the iPhone 5 front facing camera in comparison to the older model ones.
Here's me. I'll try and do a smile for you sometime soon, just stupidly busy at the mo :(

When I look for new places to take pictures I often have my trusty husband, body guard, security detail, gear lugger, chauffeur, umbrella positioner, glove holder, drink buyer and windbreaker with me. He looks out for me more than I can even explain. Today, we found a new spot for interesting portraiture. He turned out to be my test subject and also came in pretty handy when it came time to tell a racoon to back off!
Got my hair cut. It's a bit cold for a grade 1 hair cut at the sides at this time of year.
Also, this shot is taken purely with the iPhone 5S new backside illuminated front-facing camera, standard camera app, HDR, no post-processing, just the beautiful diffused natural light provided in the shower rooms at work. Completely unretouched.
