I have designed a 2in1 structure for the boat. I prepared 4 pieces of iroko for the purposes to hold flat things e.g. A4 folders, books, notebooks, laptops between the frames of the ceiling, and secondly, to make it more practical, I shaped the inner wood to form a top-handle in front of the entrance of the boat. The outer wood is painted with primer, then white, the handle was too nice to cover it, I varnished that one. This helps to get in and out easily even if the sea or the wind is moody and boat is moving like madness :D

HOME A TOTAL LOSS, RED CROSS CALLED IN
Emergency responders were called to a location in the Walter community by Blount County 911 around 5 pm this afternoon Firefighters were dispatched to tackle a fully involved structure fire in the 1200 block of County Road 641.
Fire departments from Walter, Hanceville, and Berlin were active at the scene. Walter firefighters have worked on this fire incident right up until 10 pm tonight.
The structure is a complete loss.
The home was inhabited Eryn Parker along with her three young children as well as a number of household pets.
The Cullman Chapter of the American Red Cross was summoned to the location. They will provide short term assistance to Parker and her children.

Second fire of the day it was spotted by crews responding to another structure fire about a mile away
Structure Protection at Spotted Bear Ranger Station 8/8/2023. Water tanks called 'pumpkins' are used to hold water. With Mark 3 water pumps and hose lays. The building is one of the houses for the district personnel.
