A Pendolino train service from Pieksämäki to Helsinki is trying to catch up its schedule while enjoying the surroundings of Jyväskylä. While that it is trying to follow the strom in the West where the sunshine is replaced by rain.
I knew I had to make the most of every moment. I might only return to Orkney in a virtual vacation. So whilst the others were still asleep, in their whisky infused slumbers, I sneaked out to catch the Orkney landscape before even the sheep woke up. And I had hardly got the car up to speed when I had to pull over and grab this picture, just outside Stromness.
