I don't know what the Kanjis mean, but to give you some clue, I took this shot in front of a restaurant. These laces/strings slightly cover the store's main entrance.

What do you all think of Elixir strings.. I've not used them in anger before..is the hype justified?
i shot this with my 50mm reverse mounted on my 70-300IS.
I learned about this setup from Bangalore photography club, a very useful platform for people to learn abt photography and get opinions guidance etc.
Will tell about the setup and the mistake i did.
Setup:
bought 3 conversion rings, 52-56mm 2 numbers and one 56-52mm screwed one 52-56 in the 56-52.
now i have 2 rings wth 52mm flat side and thread on 52 in one and tread of 56 in another.
used fevi quick to stick the flat sides together. Voila, i have a ring with 52mm at one end and 56 mm at the other.
kept the setup for 1/2 an hour to dry.
removed the UV filter from my 70-300 and 50mm (BIG MISTAKE)
used the ring i made to screw them together.
mounter the 70-300 on the camera.
Macro setup is ready.
You can't play on broken strings/ You can 't feel anything that your heart don't want to feel/ I cant tell you something that aint real/.../ How can I give any more? When I love you a little less than before

Interesting contraption for an instrument. The string where attached to a tower some 30 feet away...
I've wanted to learn to play guitar for quite a few years, but never got around to actually doing it.
