In Wales, the land of streams in hills. This one is the upper part of the Afon Chwefri, a tributary of the Wye.
A small stream running out to sea over the beach under a curtain of ice. Camera hanging upside down under the tripod, framing, focusing and metering pure guesswork as I wasn´t planning on lying down in the stream.
From the first roll though my new to me Zeiss Ikonta 523/16 w/Novar.

I just got my new RX100 M2 and this is my first shot. I’m standing in the middle of a driving lane so I didn’t take a long time to frame the shot and I’m just now seeing the lamp-post-turned-hood-ornament but, my poor technique notwithstanding, I’m impressed. Not only in the extremely accurate color but in the details beyond the focal-point of the shot.
This stream forks and both sides produce good dragonflies but it was quiet this morning. Much too early for the sun lovers.
35mm Kodak Ektar 100 film in a 6x9 medium format roll film back on a 4x5 Graflex Super Graphic large format camera. Lens was a 90mm Schneider Angulon. Film developed using the Unicolor C-41 kit.
