A carp streamer was used to put up at each home where there were boys, on and before May 5th. But since our home became smaller etc., we seldom see those put up at a home. Instead, these type put up for a community became popular.
The Flaming Lips at Webster Hall on April 1, 2006, or April Fools Day, to be exact. Absolutely fantastic show. First time I saw the Oklahoma City trio was in 2002 in Indianapolis. But in New York City, the performance was 10 times better. A total blast. As my fiancé Rachel said: "It's the best New Year's party I've ever had." Wayne Coyne stands front and center.
