My friends and I chased this storm from north of Ellinwood to Salina KS following it on highway 156 and 140. there was storm chasers following this storm. we saw up to 20 cars ahead of us on highway 140. Interesting area of rotation on the leading edge of a thunderstorm near Olathe, KS yesterday. They collar cloud was wrapping up into the center of circulation which was nearly overhead with lots of scud being pulled up in it and some very strong rotation.
