Stinkbugs on Yucca Filamentosa.

Sucking rostrum or beak with dark stylet attached forward of pale sheath. Milton, MA 11/19/09

This is such a pretty little bug, though it kept going underneath leaves and it was hard to get a shot of it. It comes in a red-and-black form too (I think that's the other color form), but I've only seen the other color phase once.

Maryland is currently having a stinkbug problem, stupid little things are everywhere.

It looked as though this one was taking over the world, ahaa.

I really should clean my laptop. Taking a macro shot really shows the grime of travel this thing has gotten.

This stink bug was, again, flying over my head and I swatted it down by reflex and it landed on my computer.

As I was taking pictures it flew off and I couldn't find it…

…it was on the lens of the camera.

(I was in video mode, so no stills of that.)
