Rapid Paraplanat III 280mm f/8.75 (probably by CP Goerz, Berlin) mounted on a Nikon D800 (lens, 52-46mm step down ring, 42-52mm step up ring, two M42 36–90mm focussing helicoids, 39–42mm stepup ring, a M39 to Nikon F adapter, a Nikon PN-11 spacer with tripod mount and a Nikon-mount 36mm DG extension tube).—Part of the Antique Camera Simulator project.

This is a one channel Step-up transformator from Luxman, made in the 60's and 70's. It's made to fit in several Lux (Pre-)Amplifiers. You need two of the same type for one MC-cartridge.
This specific model is a 6421S and is made for MC-cartridges with a very low impedance from around 1.5 - 6Ω. The Phono signal will be connected inside the amp on the Primairy winding. The secondary winding will contain a higher current and will be redirected to the normal MM-phono amp inside the amplifier.
