‎USACE Buffalo District staff once again supported the Charter School for Applied Technology's Celebration of Reading event that highlights the importance of reading, exposes students to a wide variety of jobs, and motivates students to pursue a career in the science, technology, engineering, or mathematics field (‎STEM).
Each day, community leaders are partnered with a K-5 classroom and asked to: read and discuss an age-appropriate book, speak about the power of ‪‎reading‬, and talk about their career and how it is affected by education and reading.
