The Flickr Lounge, I is for Intriguing - street performers seen at the Farmer's Market last Saturday. I suspect they have something to do with the Green Party, an assumption based on the fact that all the main political parties were present in some shape-or-form in central Paderborn that day and this lot were using dustbins as props.

Intellectual Copyright: As of this morning I'm pretty darn sure someone has taken an image of mine without permission, possibly more than one. Despite my privacy and permission being set, from day one of being active on Flickr, so that only I can download and print my images and not allowing 3rd party sharing, etc, it still can (and will) happen from what I can tell.
The insult added to this injury is the fact that this person actually contacted me enquiring about buying a print of this image. I'm participating in a public forum for myriad reasons, but having my pictures misappropriated is not one of them. Not impressed!
Singapore Ministry of Foreign Affairs Press Statement: State Visit of President of the Republic of Indonesia Dr Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono, 2 to 4 September 2014
President of the Republic of Indonesia, Dr Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono, will make a State Visit to Singapore from 2 to 4 September 2014 at the invitation of President Tony Tan Keng Yam. President Yudhoyono will be accompanied by his wife Ibu Ani Bambang Yudhoyono, and a high-level delegation.
There will be an official Welcome Ceremony in honour of President Yudhoyono at the Istana on 3 September. Following that, President Yudhoyono will have separate meetings with President Tan and Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong. Prime Minister Lee will host President Yudhoyono and his delegation to lunch, while President Tan and Mrs Tan will host a State Banquet in honour of President Yudhoyono and Ibu Ani the same day. Emeritus Senior Minister Goh Chok Tong will call on President Yudhoyono on 4 September 2014.
During the visit, President Tan will confer the Order of Temasek (First Class) on President Yudhoyono in a ceremony at the Istana. The Order of Temasek (First Class) is Singapore’s highest honour for foreign leaders. It is being conferred on President Yudhoyono for his positive contributions to the relationship between Singapore and Indonesia during his ten years in office.
President Yudhoyono and Prime Minister Lee will also witness the signing of the Treaty between the Republic of Indonesia and the Republic of Singapore relating to the Delimitation of the Territorial Seas of the Two Countries in the Eastern Part of the Strait of Singapore on 3 September 2014.
President Yudhoyono last made a State Visit to Singapore in 2005.
I will never understand why people judge others based off sexuality or sex. When it has nothing to do with them also. 99.9 percent of the time we want nothing to do with these jerks. Thankfully we have people who watch out and love us just for who we are! :D

I took this shot hoping to contrast the sarcastic statement and what I call the "embrace death" graffiti in the background. For those who don't know the "dockland" refers to the financial heartland of London. Its going through some rough times now...
The gaffiti in the top left is done by 'Hutcs'. I'm not sure whether the same person did the bottom left.
I wanted the death image in the top left corner to be just out of focus, so that the attention settled more on the statement in the bottom right hand side. I hope this contrast works well. I have a more in focus version, however this is the one I'm selecting.

Shame this place no longer exists. We tried to go back this year and were caught by site security before we even crossed the road to go near the asylum. Here's a shot from last year. We stayed in the single room shooting for around 30 minutes and started getting cocky. We carried on searching the hospital, avoiding security. We then went through a door and were literally left facing a security guard, we went to run but decided to hand ourselves in for the easy exit, after all fake names don't mean much.
