Hey, guys! Long time no see. This is timbo-t7 but I'm now going by the new name, timbotims7. So, about a week ago, I was getting ready to upload some new pictures when I found that my account mysteriously vanished. I had to ask Yahoo Customer Service what happened to it and I finally got an email explaining what happened. So, according to them, my old account was reported by someone (or something) about my photostream violating the community rules about having pictures that belong to other people and claiming them as your own. I honestly NEVER EVER claimed of the photos I got from the Internet as my own (and I said so in all of my photo albums) but, since they all technically weren't my own creations, I still broke the rules. So, I'm super devastated that my poor account was demolished by the powers at be (I had that account for years and I met some cool people through it) BUT I'm back and this time, everything should be fine. With this new account, I'll be posting more different things than how I did on my previous account but I'll still do my best at posting some hot pictures of booted men that you all would love to see. I'll be slowly adding more content to my photostream so PLEASE feel free to add me and such. Love you guys and I'll see you all soon!
PS: My boots are still doing good! I'm trying to buy another new pair from somewhere but it's been kind of hard to track some down that I like. LOL!

After more than 6 years of fun and games at Microsoft, I left the company 2 weeks ago.
I joined Microsoft a couple years after I graduated from university where I got my degrees in Computer Engineering & Applied Mathematics. This is all a bit bittersweet because truth be told, I really loved working at Microsoft. I won't go into any details around the what or the why, but...nevermind.
During my tenure, I got to see, work on, and be a part of some really exciting things including the rise and fall of the Zune, multiple consumer and enterprise software releases including the rise and fall of Vista and the release of Win7 as well as the rise of System Center, the numerous attempts from marcom and engineering to make Bing a relevant search engine a verb, the consistent market share decline of Internet Explorer, etc etc etc.
I got to speak at tech conferences all over the US and evangelize v1 and v2 of Windows Home Server - perhaps one of the coolest products we made that never really took off. I travelled domestically and internationally with our university recruiting teams to attract and hire some of the very best and brightest technologists of tomorrow. I spent countless hours pitching product and answering the proverbial, "my toaster has this issue..." question to people sitting next to me on the plane, on the train, at the bookstore, at the cafe, etc. I volunteered hundreds of hours to charity in my community wearing the Microsoft brand proudly on my sleeve and showing people firsthand that great companies encourage their employees to give back to the communities in which they work and make their homes. Of course, none of what I covered in this paragraph was my actual job - those were just some of the cool additional "projects" I got to take on =]
We were frequently told that "everyone works in sales," and while I agree to an extent, I'll take that one step in a different direction and say that at Microsoft and everywhere else, everyone has the opportunity to work in PR and has a chance to shape the perception of the brand to potential customers. That said, I lived and breathed exactly that for 6 years and it has been a wild ride.
Thanks for the memories,
-AARONL

Stay tuned - back to my regularly scheduled programming soon. If you are a manager somewhere and you read this and it sounds all-too-familiar and you wonder aloud how you or your company can better manage and retain the millennial/"Generation Me" talent that you've recruited, feel free to ask ;]

The Balinese Garden, which opened in 2003 as the Garden of the Three Harmonies or Tri Hita Karana, grew out of town twinning links forged between Berlin and Jakarta. Most of the structural elements in the garden, designed by Indonesian architects I Putu Edy Semara, were pre-fabricated in Bali and assembled in Berlin by Balinese craftsmen.
For the IGA Berlin 2017, this exotic garden was both revamped and rehoused in the new, 14m-high, energy-efficient Tropical Hall which has provided an additional 2000 square metres of tropical planting around the Balinese Garden.
The Balinese Garden reflects man’s struggle for harmony: harmony among people, with the environment and with the universe. A garden planted according to design criteria alone is unknown in traditional Bali, where tropical forest flora merges with the species cultivated by villagers: plants that are used for eating, as remedies or as religious offerings.
In the heart of the garden stands a compound typical of those to be found in southern Bali, surrounded by a wall of whitewashed brick. Visitors enter this private area through a gate called the angkul angkul. It is here that they see the first evidence of the ubiquitous trinity of the Balinese Garden of the Three Harmonies, for the gate comprises a base with steps (representing the foot), a teak door (the body) and a mighty capped roof (the head).
The family temple, or sanggah, inside the compound is enclosed within another wall. In Bali, offerings of flowers, fruit and incense sticks are placed on these high-plinthed shrines every day. The largest building in the compound is the all-purpose bale dangin, a roofed pavilion that serves a number of different functions. It is where offerings are prepared, where the family sleeps, weaves, sews and plays. The paved area in front of the bale dangin marks the centre of the compound and is a place of encounter and exchange.
Just behind the compound starts the ancient tropical forest which contains many species commonly found in Europe as houseplants or in botanical gardens. (Souce: Grün Berlin Group, abbreviated)

This is a photograph from the annual Rita and Robbie's Christmas 5KM promoted by Navan AC and held at Claremont Stadium Navan in Navan, Co. Meath, Ireland on Thursday 27th December 2018 at 12:00. Just under 500 people took part making it one of the best attendances for this event in recent years. The weather for racing this year was a complete contrast to the weather from last year. In 2017 the weather was very cold with the frost from the night making road conditions icy and slippery. This year the race was held in relatively mild conditions with little or no breeze. All in all a perfect December day. There was an excellent club representation from around County Meath and surrounding areas.
The race started outside Claremont Stadium on the Robinstow Road and finished on the tartan track within the grounds of the stadium. The race followed a well known and historic 5km route which takes in the Navan Trim road moving onto Beechmount before turning back onto Navan Robinstown road back to the stadium. This route was used many times in the past for previous races hosted by the Navan Clubs. This photograph is part of a large set of photographs from today's race which is available on Flickr here at www.flickr.com/photos/peterm7/albums/72157674916720797
The race is dedicated to Rita Brady and Robbie Byrne who are both stalwards of athletics in Navan with both having given a lifetime of service to the promotion of athletics in the town of Navan and beyond. Both of their involvement with Navan-based athletics can be traced back not just in years but in decades - back to the 1940s, 50s and 60s and in more recent times. The race today is a suitable way of honoring their work and dedication.

This is a photograph from the annual Ardagh Moydow Glen Community Games 5KM and 10 Mile road races, 5KM fun runs, walks and challenges which were held in the heritage village of Ardagh, Co. Longford, Ireland on Saturday 29th December 2018 at 13:00. This race has grown year on year since its first running a few years ago. This year seen one of the largest overall entries in the races.

The 10 mile race takes in the local 'Ardagh Mountain' which is a 1 mile continuous climb starting at the 2.5 mile mark of the 10 mile race. There is, of course, then the reward of a long down-hill stretch after the summit. This forested hill or mountain was once a famous centre of pre-Christian religious worship and is believed to have been the home of a pre–christian diety named Midir (the God of the Underworld), and also a Prince of the "Tuatha De Dannan", the fairy people of Ireland. The hill or mountain itself is named after Brí, the daughter of Midhir and her doomed love, Leith who are reputed to be buried on the hill. The remainder of the race is challenging but fair, with some much smaller and less steep hills in the race profile. Miles 3 - 7 benefit from some downhill as the race route travels around the base of the hills. The roads are predominantly rural roads with little traffic. The 10 mile race finishes in the same finish as the 5KM race. Water stops and adequate stewarding at junctions is provided.
The 5KM race takes a loop around the heritage village of Ardagh. This allows runners, walkers and joggers of all ability to take part over a more manageable distance. Overall this is a very well organised race with accurate courses, good marshalling and traffic control and excellent after race refreshments. The 10 mile race is one of the longest road races held during the Christmas period anywhere in Ireland and has appeal to runners who want to add a longer distance race to their festive calendar of running.
The weather at this year's race was almost perfect for running. The rain managed to stay away and there was little or no breeze. Indeed conditions could be described as mild with temperatures of 11C. In 2014 there was very frosty icy weather and in 2015 participants were given a very very windy day with heavy rain at the finish of both races. The 2016 and 2017 event seen very suitable weather for road racing in late December.
Ardagh is probably County Longford's most picturesque village with many historical and architecturally important features. It is located about 6 miles from Longford town.

Here's my spin off a card of Jennifer McGuire's when she used the Lattice Background then used distress markers for a watercolor effect. I used my Prismacolor Colored Pencils instead on dark blue card stock from Stampin Up! This took awhile to complete but I thought it came out good. Sentiment is also a HA stamp set then placed it Neenah Solar White CS along with die cut stars and added a few gems to the mix. This class has really been inspirational to look outside the box when it comes to viewing other crafters blogs. I found the inspiration from my US flag that hangs outside my house.
This is a photograph from the start second annual running of the Renault Mullingar Half Marathon which was held on Thursday 17th March 2016 St. Patrick's Day Lá Fhéile Pádraig in Mullingar, Co. Westmeath, Ireland at 10:30. This photograph was taken at the Green Bridge in Mullingar town. Following on from the incredible success of the innagural year of the race this year the total numbers participating rose from just under 600 in 2015 to over 900 this year. As was the case last year the nominated charity was Childline. The roots of the successs of the event last year was the perfect running weather, excellent organisation and a very flat and fast route. All of these characteristics were repeated this year. Incredibly the weather was almost a carbon copy of last year - cool, clear, still fresh Spring weather presenting runners with little or no wind. Participants travelled from all over Ireland with a very large participation from runners around Mullingar and the midlands. The race has an AAI permit. The race's early start time was to facilitate the annual St. Patrick's Day parade which brings a large number of local visitors to the town on an annual basis. Parking is free in Mullingar town for the entire day.
The race began on Pearse Street/Austin Friar's Street in the town and proceeds North East out of the town to the N52 Delvin/Dundalk road towards Lough Sheever. The course then follows beautiful rural country roads out to The Downs at the M4. The only hill or rise on the course occurs here at about 7 miles when runners cross the M4 at Junction 14 Thomas Flynn and Sons. The race then joins the now local access route of the old N4 road and then joins the Royal Canal at Great Down. The remainder of the race follows the Royal Canal back westward to Mullingar town. The towpath on the Canal is perfectly flat and in excellent condition. Runners will notice how the level of the canal changes dramatically along the route - at points the canal is level with the towpath. In other places the canal is at least 3 meters lower than the canal path. However the path is perfectly flat and firm the whole way. The course then leaves the Royal Canal at the Ardmore Road/Millmount area of the town and finishes in the Mullingar Town Park on Austin Friar's Street beside the Annebrook Hotel which is the Race Headquarters. The park provides a very nice setting for the finish of the race and runners and their families can mix and congregate around the finish area and the hotel.

I want to download these pictures to my computer or device?
You can download this photographic image here directly to your computer or device. This version is the low resolution web-quality image. How to download will vary slight from device to device and from browser to browser. Have a look for a down-arrow symbol or the link to 'View/Download' all sizes. When you click on either of these you will be presented with the option to download the image. Remember just doing a right-click and "save target as" will not work on Flickr.
I want get full resolution, print-quality, copies of these photographs?
If you just need these photographs for online usage then they can be used directly once you respect their Creative Commons license and provide a link back to our Flickr set if you use them. Let's get a bit technical: We use Creative Commons Licensing for these photographs
We use the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike License for all our photographs here in this photograph set. What does this mean in reality?
The explaination is very simple.
Attribution- anyone using our photographs gives us an appropriate credit for it. This ensures that people aren't taking our photographs and passing them off as their own. This usually just mean putting a link to our photographs somewhere on your website, blog, or Facebook where other people can see it.
ShareAlike – anyone can use these photographs, and make changes if they like, or incorporate them into a bigger project, but they must make those changes available back to the community under the same terms.
Above all what Creative Commons aims to do is to encourage creative sharing. See some examples of Creative Commons photographs on Flickr: www.flickr.com/creativecommons/
I ran in the race - but my photograph doesn't appear here in your Flickr set! What gives?
As mentioned above we take these photographs as a hobby and as a voluntary contribution to the running community in Ireland. Very often we have actually ran in the same race and then switched to photographer mode after we finished the race. Consequently, we feel that we have no obligations to capture a photograph of every participant in the race. However, we do try our very best to capture as many participants as possible. But this is sometimes not possible for a variety of reasons:
►You were hidden behind another participant as you passed our camera
►Weather or lighting conditions meant that we had some photographs with blurry content which we did not upload to our Flickr set
►There were too many people - some races attract thousands of participants and as amateur photographs we cannot hope to capture photographs of everyone
►We simply missed you - sorry about that - we did our best!
You can email us petermooney78 AT gmail DOT com to enquire if we have a photograph of you which didn't make the final Flickr selection for the race. But we cannot promise that there will be photograph there. As alternatives we advise you to contact the race organisers to enquire if there were (1) other photographs taking photographs at the race event or if (2) there were professional commercial sports photographers taking photographs which might have some photographs of you available for purchase. You might find some links for further information above.
Don't like your photograph here?
That's OK! We understand!
If, for any reason, you are not happy or comfortable with your picture appearing here in this photoset on Flickr then please email us at petermooney78 AT gmail DOT com and we will remove it as soon as possible. We give careful consideration to each photograph before uploading.
I want to tell people about these great photographs!
Great! Thank you! The best link to spread the word around is probably http://www.flickr.com/peterm7/sets

Eleven months later, on November 12, 2012, the Water Pressure Tank installation continued.
Here, all of the 1 inch fittings were laid out near their final locations to assess the correctness of this installation.
Starting at the upper left corner of the picture are two straight push-fittings for connecting the water meter, one copper elbow which was replaced with a push-fit elbow, a ball valve for turning the house water on and off, a copper elbow, a partially assembled Water Pressure Tank Manifold with straight push-fit fittings, a copper elbow, a push-fit one way valve (water flow to the house), a copper elbow, and a straight push-fit fitting.
See the next picture - Parts + Pipe Layout.
With this installation a hybrid pipe fitting method was used. The copper fittings were Nibco brand and the push-fittings were SharkBite brand (See SharkBite Global Headquarters: www.sharkbite.com/usa/) and Tectite brand (See Elkhart Products Corporation: www.elkhartproducts.com).

This is a photograph from the start of the Tullamore Harriers AC "Quinlan Cup" Half Marathon which was held on Saturday 26th August 2017 in Tullamore, Co. Offaly, Ireland at 11:00. This is the fifth year of the event. The race is organised and promoted by Tullamore Harriers AC. The race starts on the Charleville Road just outside the entrance to Tullamore Harriers. The race proceeds south along the R421 and onto the N52 before taking a route onto local back roads. The race then completes a large rural road route before it joins to the R421 again and the final 1.5 miles are the same as the first mile of the race. The runners enter Tullamore stadium and complete one lap of the tartan track before the finish line. The course is challenging in places with some undulations along the route. But overall it is fair course. 2013 seen the first year of the event as the club commemorated the 60th Anniversary of the formation of Tullamore Harriers AC which today is one of Ireland's best known athletics clubs.
We have a large set of photographs from the start and the finish of today's race on our Flickr Photostream: www.flickr.com/photos/peterm7/albums/72157685695893933
The race was chip timed by MyRunResults - their website is www.myrunresults.com
The race was perfectly organised. The weather was good for racing but there was warm summer weather for the entire race which made for warmer than usual running conditions There were stewarts all along the route, 3 drink stations with bottled water, superb facilities, and great after-race refreshments. The stewards along the route provided great encouragement to all of the runners. Tullamore Harriers and the local community really worked together to make this is a wonderful event. There was also a relay option where teams of two can run approximately 10.5km each.
As mentioned above this race half marathon started in 2013 and celebrated the 60th Anniversary (a Diamond Anniversary) of the foundation of Tullamore Harriers AC. The club was formed in the town in November 1953. However, it was almost 1979 before facilities close to what we see today open in the present day site. Over 50 provincial and national athletics meetings are held at Tullamore Harriers every year. The facilities available combined with it's central geographical location joining routes from North, South, East, and West make it a very attractive venue. The half marathon today firmly brings competitive national road racing back to "The Harriers". The Quinlan Cup which will be awarded to the winning club team. For more than 40 years the Harriers Quinlan Cup was the most prestigious event on the road racing calendar. Having started as a cross-country race back in 1957, it became a road race in 1967 and remained so until 2000 when the race was last held. During its reign as a blue-ribband event the Quinlan Cup was won by the likes of John Treacy and Eamonn Coughlan.
Today, the facilities at Tullamore Harriers are the envy of many athletics clubs in Ireland. The facilities provided by Tullamore make it one of the premier venues for local and national level athletics in Ireland. There is an Olympic standard tartan track, a fully equipped gym, changing facilities, press and media facilities, meeting room spaces, etc. The club also provides a social center and niteclub which makes "The Harriers" a very well known on the local social scene. Esssentially, the town of Tullamore would be a different place if it weren't for the presence of Tullamore Harriers AC.

Many people offer payment for our photographs. As stated above we do not charge for these photographs. We take these photographs as our contribution to the running community in Ireland. If you feel that the photograph(s) you request are good enough that you would consider paying for their purchase from other photographic providers or in other circumstances we would suggest that you can provide a donation to any of the great charities in Ireland who do work for Cancer Care or Cancer Research in Ireland.
Starting the day.......starting a new month.......starting a new season down at the shore.
A spectacular morning on 5 Mile Beach.
If I had any reservations about being awake this a.m., in time to catch the sunrise, I quickly laid them to rest.
It's a long standing tradition here in this area, for kids to hit the Jersey Shore after their proms.
The 1st bus load showed up at the motel across the street at around 1 a.m.!
2 more buses showed up about an hour later, to some more establishments a little further up the street.
They were all wound for sound, and partying hearty!!
Many of them traipsed down to the beach for sunrise....(I opted for a quieter piece of sand further up the beach, where I could share the morning light show with the more peaceful gulls!).....and now at about 8 a.m. there isn't a peep!
They will all stay passed out in their rooms until later this afternoon.
You just have to take it all in stride...........41 years ago, I was one of those crazy kids that stayed up all night, and watched the sun come up over the ocean with my prom date.......life goes on.
Last of the mold max 30 being used on the neck mold. This stuff is a bit older, so it came out thicker than I'd like
And they're off! The floats got a police escort for some of the way, mostly to minimize interference between them and cars.
