growing in autumn sun light :)

オキザリス・トメントーサ。カタバミの仲間です。

Tree trunks sprouting new shoots, found on our hike in Maine.

These are Brussels Sprouts seedlings showing their little faces in double quick time. Variety is "Igor". An F1 hybrid. Some of these little fellas will be standing proud next winter. Some will not make it (thanks slugs and pigeons). Some will be offered to other allotment plot holders when I pot them on. Fingers crossed for them.

This is a worn, old grave is located in a cemetery off the side of the road. This cemetery is old along with the graves in it. I walked around this cemetery all by myself and got a feeling of depressing and mysterious. I felt like something bad could happen while I was exploring this area. This grave looks very strong, but has the light pink flowers that add a joyful feeling to the sad idea of death.

This photo shows the emotion of worn, depressing, and mysterious. The old grave shows a lot of character and tells a story by just looking at it. This photo shows worn because the cracks and texture of the grave. This shows its old and has been weathered. The different colors in the grave shows it is old and the sun has changed and messed with it. The grave is very depressing because it’s death and has to mean a lot to the family lost a loved one. The depressing feeling goes along with the graves behind the main grave. This is mysterious because I do not know how this person died, who they were, or when they died. This makes me feel like I want to know more about the person under the grave. They only thing I know about this photo are the grave shape and size. The mysterious feeling adds a lot to the picture and makes you curious. The trees and flower adds growth and a joyful sense to the sad picture. The flower adds a new life to the all gray and green shades. The flower adds interest while still being not the main focus.

Raw food goodness. Sprouts aren't as easy to find around here like they used to be. I love lentils but sprouting them and always having them around is great. They're organic too!

Sprout seeds and take them with you.

Sprout is a recurring public dinner funding micro-grants for local creative projects that contribute to the Albuquerque community.

It's not really leaning. I just take pictures crooked sometimes.

This Sprouts opened in early 2019 as the anchor of the Highland Village Shopping Center. This location is one of the first in the region to have Klatch Coffee open inside, as part of their overall testing of coffee counters in their stores. The Klatch Coffee took the space of a former seating area in the front of the store.

Sprouts - highly nutritious and rich in enzymes which promote good health. They are a prominent ingredient of the raw food diet. Sprouts have long been famous as “health food”, but recent research shows that in addition to being a superb source of nutrients, they also have important curative ability. For those who dislike eating raw sprouts, can mix sprouts with chat masala giving it a desi touch !

This is the sprout fund logo shining on a building in East Liberty.. really cool :D

Truth is Brussels sprout aren’t as naturally tasty as a lot of the other vegetables out there. Give me a tomato, carrot or green bean over a sprout any day. That said, Brussels sprouts can be pretty tasty with a little work. Recipe: www.cookography.com/2007/braised-brussels-sprouts

My Brussels Sprouts plants are now way past their prime and starting to die down and attract insects, so I pulled them out so I can start planting some summer vegetables.
