This Sprouts opened in early 2019 as the anchor of the Highland Village Shopping Center. This location is one of the first in the region to have Klatch Coffee open inside, as part of their overall testing of coffee counters in their stores. The Klatch Coffee took the space of a former seating area in the front of the store.

The Biosnacky sprouting jar that Boy and I got from the health food shop down the road. Set against the dramatic background of our kitchen window at night. About ready to eat, I think.

A rainy, misty trip to thee park can be just as nice as a sundrenched one.

Three trays each with a divider for growing up to 6 different crops or using different start times so that some crops are always ready.

Halloween face, a few weeks early. Sprout is 12 ounces here, or about the size of a can of Coke.

Healthy Food en route. Rinse a table spoon mixed Seeds a couple of Times a day with water for 3 or 4 days, and you'll have a jar full of lovely & healthy spouts! Perfect travel food :)

The same sprouts. It was hard to focus on the spot I wanted, even using the macro, but here's one little mung bean stretching away from his siblings to test the air with a leafy tongue.

Gloomy day. I chose dull but interesting part of garden because it shows handkerchief tree (Davidia top left) with most of its leaves, a 15 year old ginkgo newly released from suffocating shrubbery (right of centre background) plus leaves on the ground and a sprouting laurel (do they know it's nearly November?) in the background not to mention a dying conifer in pot (right) plus several sapling trees that have self-sprouted just behind the leaves. If nothing else I hope the scaffolding is gone by next year
