Close up on the sprouts Will had in southwales. It was some kind of challenge for him to have them all: Will in action.

The Sprout at play

Brussels sprouts with raisins combined with "vegetarian meatballs" and ketchup. I find it essential to add nutmeg to the sprouts, as well as finishing them off with a little butter. Bon appetit!

This is what it looks like when you sprout MySeeds Chia Seeds. Aren't they cute?

The sprouts are actually very nutritious if you pick and eat them. They have a mild flavor (somewhat similar to alfalfa sprouts) and can be placed in sandwiches or on salads.

Because MySeeds are so nutritious, the sprouts pack a real punch too!

Sprout asleep in the sun, on the fluffiest part of the bed

I was warned that the Sprout was lethally cute. I am a believer now.

Sprouting leaves on redbud tree. Could not resist taking pictures of these leaves. The new growth is just so beautiful.

Forgot I had Brussels sprouts so when I found them in the fridge I washed them, peeled away the wilted outer leaves and steamed them briefly. Then sauteed with chopped baby carrots, a bit of onion, and 1 clove of crushed garlic in some olive oil. Salt and pepper to taste. Closed the lid and left alone to let the sprouts pick up some color. Drizzled a little balsamic vinegar and more olive oil at the end. Very delicious.
