Here's a sprite I made for Sample the Martian pictured inside the cover of his latest cd :) here's his website if you want to know more www.galacticdust.com/

Large sprite with abundant tendrils. Over an active storm near Sardinia, seen from central Catalonia, Spain. October 15th, 2014.

Lots of mistakes, but still pretty good for my first ''ad'' photo. The lighting is perfect though! It takes so long to get these white lines of light perfect like that, holy cow. No the bottles are not perfectly spaced but I think it makes the composition more interesting.

Steelers logo made from Perler fuse beads

This is a sprite I made myself.

It is 5" wide by 4.5" tall. It used 410 beads and 1 pegboard.

It is made with Perler/Hama/Nabbi fuse beads.

I made this on November 6, 2010.

Notes:

There are some days when the loss of a beloved pet is much harder to deal with than others. Even a loss that happened years ago still hurts to distraction sometimes.

This is my first picture with Nikon 70-210 D lens that I took to a friend.

Two little bead sprites I've made recently. On the left, Hammerin' Harry from the Hammerin' Harry game, and on the right, Kid Dracula from Akumajou Dracula Special: Boku Dracula-kun (Famicom only, but we got a Game Boy version).

When my boyfriend visited in October and helped me with my Nymph of October shoot, we decided it wasn't fair for me to have all the fun. ;) He makes a pretty good man of the woods!

My 1972 Austin Healey Sprite. This is the basis of my conversion to K-series power. This image shows the car as I bought it in 2007 still with the original A-series engine installed.

I bought the car blind from an on-line auction site. Never a good idea, but when it first appeared I knew I wanted this particular car.

I really wanted a mk1 Sprite but felt that living with its short comings would be impractical. The absence of wind-up windows, opening boot lid and fiddly hood meant a later car made more sense to me. That said I love the Frogeye bonnet so planned to replace the entire front end with either an original or GRP replacement. It had to be this specific car because a) it was a Sprite rather than a Midget and b) this car had round rear wheel arches. I felt that if I was going to make it look like a mk 1 Sprite I should at least base it on a Sprite in the first place. Most experts agree that mk2 and later Sprites never had round rear wheel arches. This is almost certainly correct but this car had and I much prefer RWA's so this car it had to be.

Although slightly out of focus, this well formed sprite was captured in only 34 shots. Despite my neighbor's very bright lights, this sprite was recorded at an iso of 800, 6 sec exposure, using Nikkor 35mm f/1.4 @ f/2.0. The EXIF is in error showing f/8.

1962 WSM Sprite racing in the Fordwater Trophy at the 2010 Goodwood Revival.

Sprites drawn on paper (circa end of the 80's). Some were copied from the TV screen from other games, others created by myself.

Most have the corresponding decimal/hex written on the page to be later used with source code.
