I was beginning to wonder if there would be any Springtimes this year but this female showed up today looking quite fresh at Hyde Tract.

Just a week after our biggest snow of the winter 05 (March) I went looking for signs of Spring out in my garden. Sure enough with just a few warm days this past week things have begun to grow. No blooms yet except for some tiny Birds Eye flowers but maybe this time next week.

A rather warm day today, It felt like spring. It was 80 degrees and I saw a few alligators sunning themselves on logs, they are supposed to be hibernating. Crazy weather.

What's that about global warming?? April on the Southdowns, East Sussex UK

Taken from the Springtime balloon landing area, from the one vicinity where you can look right down the Valley out to the Ocean. It just so happens, that at this time of year, that view down the Valley is at the point on the horizon right where the sun is setting. At this time of year, that point is rapidly moving north each day.

Thank you for all of your thoughts and prayers - my resume is updated and I am moving forward to find the niche God has prepared for me next.

I usually photograph spring in this yard every year but this year I think it is better than ever.

Did I mention that it is springtime here? Ahhhhh!
