Champlain College Dublin organised a litter picker event in conjuction with the Irish National Spring Clean movement in April.
We reached out to EF Dublin School of English to team up for the day.
Our goal was to bring international students together to create a greener, cleaner and prettier Dublin! Afterwards we invited eveyone to a well deserved BBQ in the backgarden of our Academic Center.

As an arab one should have been standing on 2 hind legs & getting terribly worked up at the noise of the vacuum cleaner but the enjoyment of the 1st real getting rid of the winter coat experince was far more worthwhile.

CSFS and DFPC (Colorado Division of Fire Prevention and Control) staff joined forces to beautify the CSFS State and Fort Collins District office grounds on May 22. The annual project helps clean up the grounds shared by the two agencies. Socializing and a bbq lunch were enjoyed by the hard working group.
Think the time has finally come for me to start slimming down my camera collection with a bit of an eBay spring clean. I'll be sad to see some of them go, but sadder to leave them gathering dust in a cupboard.

May 15, 2010 - The White Center Community Development Association (WCCDA) hosted their 8th annual Spring Clean event with over 550 registered volunteers working on a wide variety of community improvement projects.

Day 62 of my 365 Project.
Today I did a BIG (almost) Spring clean of the house. I worked my ass off. Whist the house looked great in the end, I did NOT. I took a late shower at about 6pm and didn't bother to do my hair or makeup. I look like a real beauty let me tell you! So, tonight, no face shot. Wouldn't want anyone to go blind. :-)
On a sidenote, I'm sporting a nice forehead burn for the curling iron on Friday morning. And I'm also sporting my favourite old sweatshirt. Oldest item of clothing I own and REFUSE to throw away, from The Gap circa 1996. :-)
