Hajduk is Split, and Split is Hajduk. Graffiti and murals for this football team are absolutely everywhere - even bigger than the name of the entry port when you arrive. And I happened to roll into town on the night they were playing a team from Spain. Just when I was moaning about being surrounded by tourists, hundreds of young Croatian men descended into this courtyard in Diocletians Palace and completely took over the place. Scary and thrilling.
