I believe thunderwolf Cavalry should not be used in large numbers. Due to the stats, they will pull firepower, which is costly if they are all killed in one go. Instead, I have gone for the tactic of using two seperately with storm shields. This way, the enemy has to fire at least two units/tanks/etc to kill them both in one turn.

Worked up the exhaust pipe housings with copper and rust, added lots of washes to the engine area and drybrushed some lighter metals.

 

I've now glued and pinned the waist joint and clipped the sarcophagus in place. I forgot that I meant to put some armour glass film inside the view slit so I might try and emplace that with tweezers rather than pull it out again and scratch the paint.

Painted the Landspeeder Tempest from forgeworld that my secret santa got me. I'm afraid I went a little overboard with the weathering.

I used the tube making tool kit from masq-mini to make the tubes for the claws, easy and nice!
