Two musicians witness a mob hit and flee the state in an all female band disguised as women. It’s a very funny movie with Tony Curtis in drag wooing Marilyn Monroe who sings and plays the ukulele and Jack Lemmon in drag being wooed by Joe E. Brown. Mayhem ensues as they try to keep their true identities hidden.

Have some hot half clad male model on me!
This was at a book release party for a Taschen book about... male parts. One part in particular.
When I say I don't like to shoot people, it's because they don't act like this guy - totally relaxed, having fun and working it for the camera. I LOVED shooting this guy.

This is what I made for supper yesterday. There is nothing better than a bowl of chili with some corn chips and shredded cheddar. Just make sure you have a couple bottles of water (or something to quench your thirst) if you like it REALLY HOT!!!

From www.seeing-stars.com/ :
"And what do Jack Lemmon, Walter Matthau and Marilyn Monroe, Dean Martin, and Ray Walston all have in common? They all starred in landmark films for the great director Billy Wilder (1906-2002).
Billy Wilder directed, produced and/or wrote such classics as "Some Like It Hot" (with Marilyn and Jack), "The Seven Year Itch" (with Marilyn's famous blowing skirt scene), "The Apartment" (for which Jack won an Oscar), "The Fortune Cookie" (with Matthau & Lemmon), "Kiss Me Stupid" (with Dean Martin and Ray Walston), "Irma la Douce" (with Jack again), plus "Sunset Blvd.," "The Lost Weekend," "Sabrina," "Stalag 17," "Double Indemnity," "Ball of Fire," "Ninotchka" and "One, Two, Three".
He was nominated for an Academy Award over 20 times, and won seven Oscars - for "Sunset Blvd.," "The Lost Weekend" and "The Apartment."
He died in March of 2002, less than a year after he attended Jack's funeral here. Billy was buried just two graves down (to the east) from Jack Lemmon (and immediately to the left of Carroll O'Connor, in the same row of new graves with marble headstones

Puddle princess, urban adventuress, sauci-skirt, self-portrait. Does that work? SE Portland. What do you want? More tuille? Higher boots? Go away. It doesn't get much better -- unless photomatix (HDR) is involved. But it's not

1. Some Like it Hot #1, 2. Incredible Change-Bots, 3. Jacques Tati : Playtime (1967), 4. amelie stencil, 5. Charlotte's Web, 6. Casablanca, 7. 3.10.08 gone with the wind, 8. Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull , 9. Walker in Second Life, 10. Office Godzilla, 11. Honeysuckle weeks, 12. It's Igor in Needle Felted Wool!
1. Favorite movie?
'Some Like It Hot' was probably the first film that I rated as a 'favourite'. But there are others; I'm too fickle for one favourite movie.
2. Favorite movie genre?
Black and white sci-fi action comedy war. Which is a kind of way of saying that I don't know.
3. Favorite actor?
Jacques Tati.
4. Favorite actress?
Audrey Tautou, purely because I love 'Amelie'.
5. What movie always makes you cry?
There's a version of 'Charlotte's Web' that made me blub years ago. I haven't seen it since, so I don't know if it always makes me cry or not.
6. What movie have you watched over & over & over?
'Casablanca'. I like to play it. Again.
7. Worst move you ever saw?
'Gone With The Wind'. I was big into the American Civil War at the time and was told that *this* was *the* American Civil War movie. It wasn't; it was about a silly whinging woman and a whole bunch of other people I just didn't care about one jot. I watched all of it on the hope that it would improve. I'll never get those three hours of my life back ...
8. What was the last movie you watched?
'Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull'. I wish I hadn't.
9. Favorite cult movie?
Alex Cox's 'Walker'. Utterly bonkers, but it was my introduction to a fascinating backwater of Latin American history.
10. Most embarrassing favorite movie?
I get a lot of guilty pleasure from Godzilla movies. As you might have noticed (two of the results for this search were my pictures)
11. Hottest actor or actress?
Honeysuckle Weeks.
12. The actor or actress most people say you remind them of?
I was once told I reminded someone of Marty Feldman. Can't see it myself :-)

Nav Sikand of Virgin-Archer Studio creates a one of a kind tribute to Marilyn Monroe as "Suger Kane" of the classic movie, "Some Like It Hot." Nav designed and hand stitched the dress, repainted the doll, and added accessories to complete the look. This is a magnificent OOAK Hollywood tribute doll.
