Thanks to a good friend and contact I'm using this photo - that I took last week - for today's Theme. I've brightened it up to give more emphasis to the differing textures!

Served with Gordon Ramsay’s Lobster spaghetti which doesn't have a whole lot of lobster. So I compensated with egg and bacon.
Lettuce (botersla), just a bit of rucola (chopped), lardons (ontbijtspek), soft boiled egg and a dressing of:
2 T limejuice
2 T olive oil
1 t whole grain mustard (Limburgse)
2 t honey
1 t fresh thyme, chopped
1 shallot, chopped
pepper, salt

Soft boiled egg from dad's chicken.
Steeped in boiling water for 9 minutes to just thicken the egg yolk, but still oozy. Next time, maybe 7 or 8 minutes will do.
Boiled for 2 hours at 65°C in my improvised Roner. Egg white very runny (but tasty!) and the yolk waxy all the way through.

Sunny sunday morning. Breakfast. There is nothing better than a fresh bun from bakery with Nutella. I love Nutella soooooooo much. Sometimes I eat it with spoon directly from the glass. Yummy :-)
