I love a good smoothie - luckily in Thailand there are plenty to choose from. Mango is my favourite but watermelon, passion fruit and pineapple are all good ones too. Thai people seem to like vegetable ones - sorry but I have a sweet tooth when it comes to fruit

Tried a buddies green smoothie recipe today.. Wasn't too bad, but I wanna do some experimenting with other fruits and stuff.. It also turned out better than my last attempt, the avacado helps make it "smooth." The recipe for this one is:
5 Red Swiss chard leaves
½ an avacado
Juice from ½ of a lime
1 - 3 (I use 3) garlic cloves
2 - 3 roma tomatoes
2 cups water
Add all the stuff to the blender, and beat the hell out of it on high setting for a few minutes. It might get warm, so you might want to add in some ice.
