Recipe: almond milk, berries, avocado, spinach, chia seeds, vanilla zero carb protein, greek yogurt, cinnamon and Stevia. The perfect lunch.

Alors que la QUATRIEME vague de canicule commence à s'installer, que les restrictions d'eau se durcissent et que les cours d'eau se vident, les Alençonnais traquent la moindre parcelle d'ombre et la moindre boisson fraîche (sans parler des salades composées)...

Spent the better half of the day in bed then got up and made myself a smoothie. My smoothie is made with tangerines, carrots, mangoes, chia seed, strawberries, a banana, greek yogurt and orange juice. The cold drink feels great on my sore throat. Nothing is getting accomplished today, I guess it will have to wait for tomorrow. FYI - paper straws are cute but I don't like to drink out of them, what a waste.
