1/2 taza de mango troceado congelado
1 lima
1/2 o 1 plátano congelado
Agua de coco
1 cucharada de maca
Toppings: chia, coco rallado, avena, pasas y muesli

1/2 cup of frozen mango
1 lime
1/2 or 1 frozen banana
Coconut water
1 tbsp of maca
Toppings: chia seeds, shredded coconut, oats, raisins and muesli.

8-10 blue berries
Chia Seeds
spinach or kale (I didn't use this in the photo as it's not the most prettiest thing to look at after blending...lol)
