It is Acai, mixed berries, banana, soy milk and honey mixed together and topped with fresh berries, banana, honey pollen, chewy granola and honey. I was really addicted. My usual afternoon comfort. I've tried several Acai smoothie from several places in the island. None of them can make the same, not even close.. Jumba Juice...Ehhh

Yesterday I surprised Wendy with a new smoothie blend. The best part was all the ingredients are grown or fermented right here on our property.
- 2 cups yogurt
- 4 table spoons honey
- 1/2 cup soaked almond
- 1/2 cup dried jujube
- 1 tray of ice cubes
- pinch of salt
- few drops of vanilla

1/2 o 1 plátano congelado
Agua de coco
1 cucharada de maca
Toppings: chia, coco rallado, avena, pasas y muesli
