This "little" guy is an Asian elephant in the Smithsonian Zoo in Washington DC. All the elephants are currently patiently waiting in their enclosures for the completed construction of the new "Elephant Trail" that will allow them to roam an even bigger area within in the zoo. It's nice to see zoos upgrading their animal husbandry techniques.
