this is a robberfly photographed on a barbed wire fence ..

i changed this photograph using filter forge and combined with the photograph of the robberfly ..
& added this which is a photograph looking thru the windscreen in the rain as an overlay/texture ..

i then did an old photo process to give it the grungy look ..
Transferring the design onto black Irish linen by tracing onto interfacing and machine stitching following the line from the back
If you look closer you can see that the windows on old trains are different. You just have to look for small things :))
It is cutlery that looks like many others but is different. A dub of cutleries which produces a child everybody has always longed for, but will always be a little bit Frankie. You may be able to tattoo it, to engrave it, or to dress it up in silk, but don´t fool yourself, it will always be Frankie.
A soft rain fell throughout the night. I woke up around 5am and looked through the narrow opening of the bedroom window that allowed some fresh, earthy air in. The contrast of the foliage in the morning mist caught my attention and I picked up the camera while half-asleep to capture that image.
