I dog sat Flori, a maltese, for a week. Turns out, waterproof is actually a quality I really enjoy in a dog. Flori needed her sweater AND raincoat to go outside :)

The crowds in the French Quarter included a lot of Ragin' Cajuns in for the New Orleans Bowl. Hence, the frequency of red jackets and sweatshirts in some shots.

While Ubi looked like the youngest dog I talked to today, at 4 years of age, he was actually the oldest! He is a Mutli-Poo which is a Maltese / Poodle Hybrid. I suppose that means he is energy efficient too .... I don't know.

All I can say is .... he was sweet beyond words.

If we let BSL continue when will it stop, if (big IF)they were able to get rid of the Pit Bull,next would be Rottweilers, then Bullmastiffs and it will continue until the time comes and they target Dachshunds, and Chihuahuas.

After all Chihuahuas and Dachshunds are the number one and number two dog breeds most likely to bite.

So I ask how far are we going to let it go?
