Cookie is just 6 months old but very well behaved .... willing to please and affectionate. She is a cross between a West Highland Terrier and a Schnauzer.
When I'm taking dog portraits I like to bring out my subject's eyes but you will just have to believe me, when I tell you, that Cookie DOES have eyes.

This is Munke who I just met in the open-air fruit and vegetable market. She is a 13 (and a half) year old Chihuahua / Yorkshire Terrier cross. It was so cold in that place I still see her shivering when I look at this picture.
After repeated attempts, on my part, Munke's' person got this ears-up response by saying "Where's the cat?".

Louie is demonstrating "play paw," which signals to another dog, "Play with me!" The play bow does the same thing.
