distant flying seagull with the pink skyglow

A Northeast view of both Langisjor and the Skafta river flowing out of the Vatnajökull ice cap. The distance to the ice cap is around 23 miles.

the pink skyglow immediately preceding the sunrise ranks as one of this Universe's greatest beauties.

With a little processing in Lightroom, I managed to get most of the skyglow out of this shot.
