Staff members of One Legion 1st BN, 3rd US INF REG, (The Old Guard) validated the Squad PT Competition this morning on JBM-HH, Jan. 25, 2017. Events in the Squad PT Competition included 150 Chin-ups as a group, 450 Air Squats as a group, a rope climb, a casket relay, 250 Pushups and 250 Situps as a group, and a run around the base carrying 40 pound rucks. Other squads of One Legion 1st BN, 3rd US INF REG, (The Old Guard) will participate at a later date in this competition and the squad with the fastest time will win.
