Pushups and Situps in the ant infested crabgrass in front of the Shepard School of Music yields antbites from hell. Everywhere. I think I even have some on my neck.

Football players on the East team for the U.S. Army All-American Bowl anticipate meeting their Soldier-Hero mentors. They then "broke the ice" with a friendly competition including pushups, situps and eating.

The Mountain Ranger Battalion non-contracted cadets participate in the Cadet Command Fitness Assessment (CCFA), consisting of 1-minute pushups, 1-minute situps, and 1-mile run. All non-contracted cadets who wish to contract will have to pass the CCFA.
